The Process
Crystal Fire & Water comes in with a plan. Here are the essential steps we take to ensure you receive rapid, 24/7 emergency care for any fire damage you face.

The initial contact is made and information is gathered to begin the process.

An onsite inspection is set up to get an assessment of the specific situation/damages etc.

The extent of the fire/smoke/soot damage will be determined to help put together a specific plan of action and scope.

If a board up or tarping is needed we will arrange to get this set up to help to prevent further damages and secure the property.

If there is water damage present, we will begin emergency services mitigation to help prevent any further damage

Contents will need to be addressed based on the specific circumstances. A pack out of contents may be necessary to allow for the cleaning and restoration to be performed. Contents may be cleaned, deodorized and stored at our warehouse if necessary.

There may be some demolition needed to properly restore fire and smoke damage.

Cleaning and deodorization steps are performed at the property based on the scope that we put together. We use industrial deodorization equipment and processes including ozone treatments, thermal fogging, hydroxyl generators and HEPA air scrubbers to assist with deodorizing the property.
